Died peacefully in his sleep at Cashmere View Rest Home on Saturday 13^th September Aged 98 years. Beloved husband of Beryl (nee Lee). Dearly loved father and Father-in-law of Grant & Adrienne, Paul & Krystal, Susann & John Boyd, Andrew & Lori-Kay, Geoffrey & Lynda. Missed Grandfather of Vanessa, Osaka, Reuben & Gina: Samantha, Nicholas, Alexander, Tai-ne, Raeko, Jack and Millenia: Karl, Alicia, Ruth, Joshua & Caleb: Aaron & Caleb: Samuel, Sophia & Charlotte. Much loved Mentor & Patriarch of his many Great Grandchildren. Loved brother of Joan and the late Shirley and Jack. Messages to the Finch family c/- PO Box 26051 North Avon, Christchurch 8148. A Funeral & Celebration of his very full life will be held at the John Rhind Chapel, entry from London and Whitmore Streets, Richmond, Christchurch Friday September 26, 2025 at 1.00pm followed by a private cremation.
